The "D" designation marks this as the fourth distinct issue from the same town, suggesting sustained local demand across the notgeld period rather than a single emergency print run.
The April 1945 printed date is almost certainly a catalog or documentation error — by that date, the Third Reich's financial infrastructure had collapsed entirely and no municipal notgeld was being produced.
