| Obverse description | Central field features the municipal coat of arms of Scheinfeld, a quartered shield displaying heraldic charges including an eagle and a tower, rendered in relief with decorative baroque-style scrollwork and mantling surrounding the escutcheon. The legend STADT SCHEINFELD arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin capital letters, flanked by two five-pointed stars at the lower sides. The date 1917 appears in the lower field beneath the arms. The entire design is bordered by a continuous inner ring of raised beads following the coin's circumference. |
