| Obverse description | Octagonal iron notgeld token with a pearl border running along the outer edge of each face. A circular beaded inner border encloses the large numeral '50' prominently centered in the field. The circular legend 'ROSITZER BRAUNKOHLENWERKE A.-G.' runs between the pearl rim and the beaded circle, with a five-pointed star appearing at the base of the legend. The overall design is plain and utilitarian, typical of German industrial emergency coinage of the early 1920s. |
