备注

Ohlau — now Oława in southwestern Poland — was still firmly within Silesia when this note was issued, though the region's political future was anything but settled. The Upper Silesian plebiscite had taken place in March 1921, and the partition disputes were ongoing through the summer; municipalities across the province were issuing Notgeld in part to keep small commerce moving while confidence in the Reichsmark eroded and coin disappeared from circulation entirely.

The printer, J. Adolf Schwarz of Lindenberg im Allgäu, handled a substantial volume of municipal Notgeld commissions during this period. Designer Dittert is credited on the series — the surname appears on several Schwarz-printed issues from 1921, suggesting a staff or contracted relationship rather than an outside commission.
