Within this ring, the municipal coat of arms of Mühlberg an der Elbe is prominently centered, depicting a rampant lion on a shield beneath a curved mantle or helmet crest. The circumferential Latin legend reading MAGISTRAT DER STADT MÜHLBERG A. ELBE, flanked by floral ornaments, runs between the pearl border and the inner ring, with the date 1917 appearing at the base. |
