背面描述 The reverse carries a somber World War I commemorative vignette in blue, red, and black lithography, showing a fallen soldier laid out on a bier before a wall of flames, with a large Latin cross rising behind and a single red rose placed at his feet beside a broken sword and a laurel sprig. The header inscription '1914–18 WELTKRIEG' is set in black across the upper field, flanked by the cross at centre. A bold bottom panel bears the denomination numerals '50' at each corner framing the memorial quotation, with the artist's signature 'Kläser 5.2' inscribed at lower right within the vignette border.

备注

Lockstedter Lager was a military garrison town in Holstein — the "Lager" (camp) in its name reflects its origin as a Prussian army training ground established in the 1870s. By 1921, with Weimar-era small change chronically absent from circulation, the Gemeinde issued this Notgeld through H.G. Rahtgens of Lübeck, a printer responsible for a substantial portion of Holstein's municipal emergency currency during this period. H.C. Delfs is credited as designer, an attribution uncommon enough in Notgeld production to suggest a local commission rather than a stock design.
