| Reverse description | A large five-petalled rose in full bloom occupies the centre of the field, its petals rendered in high relief with a prominent cluster of stamens at the centre, referencing the rose as a traditional heraldic symbol of Lippstadt. The curved legend KREIS LIPPSTADT arcs along the upper periphery, and the denomination numeral 50 is inscribed in large characters at the base of the design below the bloom. The overall composition is clean and uncluttered, typical of the artistic Notgeld coinage of the early Weimar period. |
