正面描述	Printed in black and yellow on cream paper, the obverse carries a central circular vignette with a street-level view of the Kreissparkasse des Landkreises Harburg building, rendered in a detailed woodcut-style illustration. The denomination '50 PFENNIG' appears in large numerals at upper left and upper right within decorative bordered panels, while a floral guilloche border frames the circular vignette. To the left a text panel states the redemption terms and expiry date of 31 December 1921, and to the right a panel bears the issuing authority's name, date '15.9.21', and multiple manuscript facsimile signatures; the lower margin carries the bold Gothic-script legend 'Gutschein der Kreissparkasse Harburg-Elbe'.
