| Obverse description | Typeset Notgeld voucher printed in dark brown and red on pale yellow-green paper, enclosed within a rectangular letterpress border with decorative spiral corner ornaments. A red wavy guilloche underprint covers the entire face, over which the issuer name appears twice in Gothic blackletter script at the top, with the denomination numeral 50 repeated at left and right flanking the central text block reading Gutschein über fünfzig Pfennige in bold Gothic type. A redemption clause in smaller Gothic script appears below the denomination, followed by the issuing authority line and a manuscript signature; the printer's imprint J. P. Himmer, Augsburg and the legend Gesetzlich geschützt appear in the lower margin. |
