An outer pearl border follows the octagonal periphery, enclosing a circular pearl ring within which the large denomination numeral '50' is prominently displayed in the central field. The circumferential legend 'UEBUNGSK. F. FAHNENJUNKER UND OFF. ASP.' reads around the annular space between the pearl ring and the outer pearl border, identifying the issuing military training establishment for officer cadets and officer candidates at Grafenwöhr. |
