| Obverse lettering | Wechselschein zum Sängerbundesfest des Bäcker-Sängerbundes Norden am 17 und 18. August 1921 zu Lübeck 50 Pfennig Dieser Schein gilt in allen Versammlungs- und Festlokalen, die aus Anlaß des Bäcker-Sänger-Bundesfestes benutzt werden, sowie in allen Bäcker-Läden der Bäckermeister Lübecks. Der Schein verliert am 30. Sept. 1921 seine Gültigkeit, er wird bis dahin bei der Bank für Handel u. Gewerbe in Lübeck eingelöst. Die Liedertafel der Bäcker-Innung zu Lübeck. |
| Reverse description | The reverse carries the heading 'Lübecker Bäcker-Sängerbundesfest' in Gothic script above a bold 'Wechselschein' cartouche with decorative border. A central rectangular vignette in a woodcut-style illustrates two bakers at work: one kneading dough at a bench on the left, the other loading or unloading baked rolls from a brick oven on the right, rendered in orange, black, and grey tones. Vertical Low German dialect mottoes flank the vignette on both sides, and the denomination '50 Pfennig' appears in large numerals at lower left and right, above a three-line verse in Gothic script at the bottom centre. |
