| Obverse description | Green-tinted notgeld on light paper, enclosed within a double-rule border. The central vignette presents the denomination "50" in large bold numerals flanked by ornate Fraktur script "Pfg." on either side, set against an elaborate guilloche underprint of interlocking foliate scrollwork. A header panel at top reads "Gutschein Nr." with the series number printed in red, while the issuing authority "Anhaltische Finanzdirektion", place and date "Dessau den 1. April 1920", a manuscript signature, and the series designation "Reihe 6" in red appear in the lower portion. |

The lower half bears the redemption clause in three lines of Roman type, stating the note's validity at all Anhalt state treasuries until 31 December 1921. |
