| 背面描述 | Printed in red-brown ink over a light green guilloche underprint with fine lathe-work patterns, the reverse is centred on an industrial harbour crane vignette. Flanking the crane symmetrically on each side is a seated toad vignette above the local place-name inscription 'POGGENDORF'. The municipality name 'Neumühlen-Dietrichsdorf' appears at upper left, with 'Gutschein' and a serial number at upper right, and the denomination '50 Pfennig' at lower centre. |

| 备注 |
Neumühlen-Dietrichsdorf was a small industrial municipality on the western shore of Kiel Fjord, later absorbed into Kiel proper in 1924. Like hundreds of German municipalities in 1922, it issued its own Kleingeldersatz — small-change substitutes — as coin shortages and hyperinflationary pressure made low-denomination metal currency functionally useless. The municipal treasury, not a bank, was the issuing authority, and redemption depended entirely on local administrative continuity.
Absorption into Kiel two years after issue raises the obvious question of whether all notes were ever formally redeemed.
