| 备注 |
Langelohe is a small community in Schleswig-Holstein, and its decision to issue notgeld in 1922 places this firmly in the inflationary spiral that preceded the catastrophic hyperinflation of 1923. By this point, municipal and communal issues had become genuinely necessary — Reichsbank notes of low denomination had effectively disappeared from circulation as their face value eroded faster than they could be reprinted. Konrad Hanf in Hamburg produced notgeld for numerous north German municipalities during this period, operating as a regional commercial printer rather than a specialized security printer.
The issuing authority here is the Gemeinde itself — not a savings bank or merchants' association — which was relatively common in smaller Schleswig-Holstein settlements that lacked a local financial institution to organize the issue.
