The central vignette occupies nearly the full field and presents a detailed battle scene — the Battle of Hohenfriedeberg of 5 June 1745 — with Prussian cavalry bearing regimental standards advancing over fallen enemy soldiers in a sweeping panoramic composition. Denomination roundels in purple bearing the numeral '50' are placed at upper left and upper right within the decorative surround.
