| Descrizione del dritto | Horizontal note printed in black, brown, and teal. The left portion carries the full text of the notgeld ordinance in Gothic script, signed by the Magistrat and the 1. Bürgermeister, with a handwritten signature below. The centre and right are dominated by a bold Expressionist typographic composition: an oversized numeral '50' rendered in interlocking black, brown, and teal letterforms, flanked by the abbreviation 'Pf', with a serial number and price-list annotations for everyday goods — including coffee, cocoa, tobacco, beer, and tobacco — printed in small cursive script around the numeral. The printer's imprint 'Gedruckt bei Gente, Hamburg' appears along the right margin. |
