The denomination "Fünfzig Pfennig" is set in bold Gothic blackletter script across the upper portion, with validity and geographic restriction text below in matching typeface. A circular violet town stamp of Aue is applied to the lower right, and a manuscript serial number in violet ink appears vertically on the left edge.
