The large numeral '30' in yellow and the issuer inscription 'STADT LAAGE' appear centrally to the right, with a decorative scroll ribbon at the top bearing a Low German motto in Gothic blackletter. The validity clause is contained within a lower-border cartouche, below which three manuscript signatures identify the authorising municipal council officials. |
