Two large oval cartouches at left and right each bear the denomination numeral '50' above the legend 'PFENNIG', framed by radiating sunburst lines. At centre, an oval vignette carries the rampant lion of Bleckede's municipal arms encircled by the inscription 'MAGISTRAT DES FLECKEN BLECKEDE', with the header 'GUTSCHEIN DES FLECKEN BLECKEDE' across the top; the lower margin carries a validity clause and the facsimile signature of the Magistrat, with the printer's imprint of Gebrüder Jänecke, Hannover along the bottom edge. |

The composition shows the medieval round tower and adjoining half-timbered buildings surrounded by earthwork ramparts, with the River Elbe visible in the background at left and a timber-framed outbuilding at right, the whole enclosed within a plain ruled border.
