A central cartouche, framed by decorative wavy bands, carries the text of the municipal savings bank cheque obligation in Fraktur script, stating the value of Fünfzig Pfennige and the issue date of 1 February 1922, followed by two manuscript signatures above their respective official titles and a validity line at the foot. |
