| Beschrijving voorzijde | The left half of the note carries two vignettes in a folk-art letterpress style: an upper panel in green and yellow tones shows a horse and a leaping deer beneath a stylised wheat sheaf, while the lower panel presents a colour illustration of the thatched Stapelholmer farmhouse ("Dat Stapelholmer Burnhus") set among trees. The right half bears a red floral underprint over which the issuer's title "Gutschein der Gemeinde Erfde" is printed in bold Gothic script, with the denomination "über 50 Pfg." set in a yellow cartouche. Below the denomination a redemption clause in German cursive script states that the note is redeemable at the municipal treasury and expires one month after notice in the Erfder Zeitung, closing with the Gemeindevorsteher's manuscript signature. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is divided into a teal header band, a central vignette panel, and a teal footer band, all framed by red corner blocks bearing the denomination "50 Pf" in Gothic numerals. The header carries the Low German title "De Stapelholmer Keesfot" in elegant script. The central vignette, rendered in a linear folk-art style signed with initials "P." and "R.", illustrates a traditional Stapelholm coffee gathering: three women in regional dress are seated at a table set with cups and pastries, flanked by a standing woman holding a doll and a pipe-smoking man in festive attire. A four-line Low German verse in the footer describes the village custom of inviting women to a Keesfot (coffee party) to celebrate local events. |
