| Obverse description | Grey-toned Notgeld gutschein divided into two text panels flanking a central oval vignette bordered by a beaded frame, within which stands the Hermannsdenkmal (monument of Arminius) in full figure, armed with spear and shield, atop its pedestal; the denomination '50 Pfg.' is printed in bold white numerals at the base of the vignette. Each text panel carries the issuing authority, redemption conditions, place names, and the date 'Im Juni 1921,' with two manuscript signatures at the foot — one for the Amtsgemeinderat and one for the Lipp. Verwaltungsamt — alongside a series letter 'B' and a printed serial number at the upper right. |
