| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is printed in dark brown and salmon-red on a cream ground, with an oak-leaf scroll border framing the entire design. Two circular denomination roundels reading "50 PF." with scalloped rims occupy the upper corners, while a ribbon banner across the upper centre carries the title "GUTSCHEIN" above the issuer inscription "DER GEMEINDEN QUERN" on a second banner below. The central vignette portrays the Schleswig-Holstein-Tag gathering on the Scheersberg hill on 28 May 1919, with a dense crowd before an arched gateway and two figures standing at the entrance; a caption below the vignette identifies the occasion and references General von Lettow-Vorbeck. At the lower left, the validity date "GÜLTIG BIS 30. SEPT. 1921" appears above two manuscript facsimile signatures, with a serial number in the lower right corner. |
