Obverse description Green-toned notgeld issued on a decorative green ground with a red outer border. To the left, an oval cartouche contains the civic coat of arms of Ronneburg — a black lion on a checkered black-and-red shield — flanked by stylized fruiting trees in a woodcut-style vignette. To the right, the denomination "Fünfzig Pfennig" is set in bold black Fraktur type, with the numeral "50" in red at the upper left. Below, the issuing authority text and date are inscribed in Fraktur script, followed by a manuscript serial number and a handwritten signature.
