Reverse description The central vignette presents a detailed engraving of a historic boundary stone set amid a dense Thuringian forest, bearing an inscribed Saxon electoral coat of arms with crossed mining tools and a carved inscription referencing Elector Friedrich of Saxony dated 1515. A circular Thüringerwald-Verein medallion vignette occupies the upper left corner and a Hörschel-Schmücke publisher's seal the lower left. A four-line verse in Gothic script appears in the upper register, and a transcription of the stone's medieval German inscription is repeated in a yellow panel across the lower margin.
