| Obverse description | Orange and violet Notgeld note with a large ornate circular vignette at top centre bearing the numeral '50' within a decorative foliate scroll surround. A central ribbon cartouche in violet carries the issuing authority name in Gothic script, below which a validity clause and dual municipal dates are printed in black letterpress. Four manuscript signatures appear at the foot, two from each municipality, with printed titles identifying the signatories as Gemeindevorstehers and Beigeordnetes; the printer's imprint of Dr. Linnemann & Co. G.m.b.H. Köln runs along the lower margin. |
