Stadt Rheinsberg's 1921 series was produced by the Görlitzer Nachrichten und Anzeiger — a regional newspaper and printing firm in Görlitz — a common arrangement, as provincial printers with lithographic capacity picked up notgeld contracts throughout this period. Robert Koch's design credit is worth noting: a Berlin-born artist of the same name was active in decorative graphic work during the 1910s–20s, though attribution here cannot be confirmed beyond the catalog record.
