Flanking the central view are two vertical Art Nouveau panels: at left, a medieval maiden in a blue robe holding a floral wreath, and at right, a woman in red dress leaning against a building. The upper border carries the title inscription in Gothic script with the denomination numeral 50 in red at the upper right, while a validity notice with official signatures appears at the upper left. |

| Description du revers | The reverse is dominated by a large circular medallion with a golden ground, containing a bold silhouette vignette of the ruins of Lobeda Castle set against bare trees. Surrounding the medallion, a continuous Gothic-script inscription runs in a circle. The four corners each bear the denomination value 50 Pfennige in black on a green ground, while flanking side panels carry, at left, a Madonna-and-Child figure above a red heraldic lion shield, and at right, a full-armoured knight holding a sword and a red-and-white shield. The overall design is executed in a richly ornamental Art Nouveau letterpress style in green, black, red, and gold. |
