| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in black ink on a light yellow paper with a salmon-pink underprint, framed by an elaborate Baroque-style scrollwork border with floral and foliate ornaments at the corners. The upper vignette, set within an arched cartouche, presents a full-length figure of Frederick the Great in military attire holding a cane, above the caption 'Der König allein', with the denomination numeral '50' in an ornate cartouche to the right. The lower vignette shows two figures in 18th-century dress conversing before a rustic building, captioned 'Der da oben hilft!' |
