To the left border stands a medieval night watchman carrying a halberd and lantern; to the right, a stooped elderly figure in period costume. The upper banner carries the title inscription in Gothic blackletter script, with a validity clause and dated authorization in the upper left corner; the lower border bears a decorative motto band with scrollwork.
