A ribbon cartouche bearing the inscriptions 'Gemeinde Nöschenrode' and the issue date '15. Juni 1921' wraps around the central vignette, while the denomination numeral '50' appears in circular cartouches at each corner. Below the central device, the issuing authority text, place, date, and two manuscript signatures of the Schulze and Schöffe are printed, with the printer's attribution at the foot. |

The left side presents a group of wandering figures — a youth raising his arm, a companion carrying flowers, and a child receiving a garland — set against a stylised tree and a small heraldic shield at lower left bearing horizontal bars. To the right, a multi-stanza verse in flowing script script celebrates pilgrimage to the Hailebart and the spirit of the Wandervogel movement, concluding with a reference to the 'Harzer Waldesduft'. The attribution 'Scherenschnitt von Marie Alde' is printed in the lower margin. |
