The lower section bears the issuing authority "Kreis Stolzenau Weser" in bold Gothic lettering within an ornamental panel, with the issue date of 1 May 1921, the redemption deadline of 30 November 1921, and a facsimile signature of the Vorsitzende (chairman) of the Kreisausschuß. |
