Dulce in Glauchau, Saxony — a specialist firm that handled artistic emergency currency for numerous municipalities during the inflationary Notgeld boom. The "Künstlerdruck" designation signals a deliberately elevated production standard, part of a broader trend where towns issued collectible-grade scrip knowing philatelists and collectors would absorb much of the print run, effectively subsidizing municipal finances without the notes ever returning for redemption.
