| 表面の説明 | A full-width polychrome letterpress vignette occupies the centre, presenting the Romanesque Stiftskirche St. Cyriaci viewed from the north, with flanking trees rendered in green and red-roofed ancillary buildings to either side; a caption panel at lower left reads "Die Stiftskirche St. Cyriac. v. Norden". The denomination "50 Pfennig" appears in bold Gothic script at each of the four corners within a double-ruled border, and the heading "Notgeldschein der Stadt Gernrode-Harz" is set in large blackletter type across the top. Below the vignette, a validity clause, the place and date "Gernrode-Harz, 21. Oktober 1921", the issuing authority "Der Magistrat", a serial number, and a manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister are printed, with the printer's and designer's credits in small type along the bottom margin. |
