| Reverse description | Richly illustrated notgeld reverse in brown, red, and blue, designed by F. Koch (signed lower right 'F. Koch-Gotha-20'). At centre, a blue vignette of Gotha's market square with the town hall clock tower anchors the composition, while flanking figures in period costume — a stooped old man with a young girl to the left and a cloaked woman to the right — frame a central poetic inscription in Kurrent script.
