Reverse description The reverse carries a central vignette drawn by Heinz Schiestl showing a medieval travelling merchant or journeyman standing full-length, holding a model boat above a composite heraldic shield incorporating two coats of arms — one bearing a caduceus and the other a toothed wheel — with grapevine clusters in the lower corners reflecting the wine-growing character of the region. The large denomination numerals "50" in red with shadow effect appear on either side, each accompanied by the abbreviation "Pfg" in black. The heading inscription "Gutschein der Stadt Kitzingen am Main" is set in large decorative Gothic script across the top.
