Gutschein der Stadt Kahla S.A.' is set in bold blackletter script, below which a dedicatory inscription reads 'Der Stadt Kahla, S.A. gewidmet.' The central field carries a facsimile script reproduction of a patriotic quotation attributed to von Hindenburg, with a red six-digit serial number printed in the upper right; the issue date 'Ausgabe 15. Sept. 1921' and expiry 'Verfall 31. Dez. 1921' appear at the lower left and right respectively, flanking the facsimile signatures of the Bürgermeister and Stadtrat. |
