| 备注 |
Allenstein — today Olsztyn in northeastern Poland — was at the center of one of the Versailles Treaty's most closely watched plebiscites when this note was issued. The July 1920 vote saw roughly 98% of participants choose to remain with Germany rather than join the newly reconstituted Polish state, a result that decisively settled the region's postwar status. Local Notgeld issued in the immediate aftermath carried a civic confidence that the border question had been answered.
Carl Flemming & Wiskott in Glogau were among the more prolific Notgeld printers of the period, handling commissions from municipalities across Silesia and East Prussia. The DeNG 1/2#13.1 designation places this within a well-documented series for the Stadt Allenstein issues of 1921.
