Flanking the central cartouche are two side panels in grey-blue: the left bears the denomination "50 Pfennig" in bold yellow Gothic lettering above a yellow heraldic shield with a pilgrim figure, and the inscription "Gültig bis 3 Monate nach Aufruf"; the right repeats the denomination above the Saxon coat of arms and carries the issuing authority "Dornburg a/S Bürgermeister" with a facsimile signature dated 1/9.21.
