| Reverse description | The reverse presents a single horizontal vignette in a restrained three-colour lithographic style, enclosed within green and black borders. A snow-covered fir forest occupies the lower two-thirds of the composition, rendered in a bold graphic manner with white and dark green tones, above which rises a lone observation or water tower set against a plain blue sky. The large golden denomination '50 PF.' is printed across the upper portion of the sky, and the engraver's name 'Thohmann' appears in small type at the lower right, with the serial number printed in black at the lower centre. |
