Reverse description The reverse presents a finely engraved panoramic cityscape of Delitzsch as it appeared circa 1650, with church towers, gabled rooftops and town walls extending across the full width of the note against an open sky. The inscription 'Delitzsch' and 'Anno 1650' flanks the skyline in period script. Below the vignette, the city arms — a heraldic shield with a lion passant, supported by laurel branches — is centrally placed, while bold circular denomination counters '50' appear at the top centre and both lateral margins within the ornamental border.
