| 正面描述 | Cream-toned notgeld on paper with a fine geometric guilloche underprint across the entire field; a decorative ribbon banner curves around a central square cartouche bearing the bold numeral '50', flanked by ornate Gothic-script 'Pf' monograms, and carries the letterpress legend 'ERSATZWERTZEICHEN'. Below, a rectangular text panel states the redemption obligation of the Städtische Kämmereikasse, dated 'Stettin, den 1. Mai 1921' and authenticated by two manuscript signatures, with a serial number at the foot. The validity clause 'GÜLTIG BIS 31. MÄRZ 1922' runs along the upper margin, and the caution 'NACHAHMUNG STRAFBAR' appears at lower right. |

| 备注 |
Stettin's municipal treasury issued this note during the postwar Notgeld boom, when German cities and towns were printing their own small-denomination scrip to offset a chronic shortage of official coinage. M. Bauchwitz was a local Stettin printer — the note never left the city's economic orbit, printed and spent within the same streets. Designer Nöll's credit in the margin is unusual enough to note; most Notgeld of this type went unsigned.
Stettin became the Polish city of Szczecin in 1945. Every one of these notes predates that transformation by a quarter century.
