| Obverse description | The obverse is a richly coloured Notgeld vignette with a wide dark border framing three heraldic shields at the top — a yellow field with blue lions at left, a red shield with a white bird at centre, and a red shield with a stylised sunburst device at right — set against a green landscape panorama with a bridge. A grey ribbon scroll beneath bears the issuer's name in Gothic script, below which a large numeral '50' on a blue panel is interlaced with a ribbon reading 'Pfennig', flanked by two gold stars. The lower panel carries the validity clause and place-date in Fraktur script, with a facsimile signature of the Gemeindevorsteher at lower right. |
