| Obverse description | Printed in red and black on a cream ground, the obverse is framed by a dotted border within a red rectangular band. The central vignette portrays a travelling peddler in profile, bent forward under a large wicker pack-basket, walking with a stick before a silhouetted townscape with a church steeple; denomination cartouches bearing '50' appear at upper left and right in black frames, with the title 'Fünfzig Pfennig' in red Gothic script across the top and a local dialect verse in red script to the right of the figure. The lower portion carries the issuing authority text, the date 'Speicher d. 1 Juni 1921', and the Bürgermeister's manuscript signature, all rendered in a bold letterpress technique. |
