| Obverse description | Blue and white Notgeld voucher with an all-over guilloche underprint of repeating octagonal "50" medallions filling the entire field. A central oval cartouche, flanked by large white-on-blue denomination numerals "50" at left and right within ornate scroll panels, carries the issuing text in German blackletter script; a serial number box in black letterpress appears at the top of the cartouche, and the year "1920" is set in large numerals at the foot. The word "Pfennig" appears in roman type beneath each lateral denomination panel. |
