| Obverse description | Notgeld issued by the city of Jacobshagen, with a central circular vignette of the town hall rendered in colour against a radiate sunburst underprint. The denomination numeral '50' appears in large letterpress type at left and right, flanked by elaborate Art Nouveau scroll ornaments; the city coat of arms — a red eagle above a blue horizontal bar — occupies the lower centre.
