Ornate Art Nouveau scroll cartouches occupy each corner of the yellow field, while the validity clause runs vertically along both side margins in Gothic letterpress. The date 'den 6. Aug. 1920', the issuing authority 'Der Magistrat', and a manuscript signature appear at lower centre, with 'Stadt Kellinghusen' in decorative type across the bottom margin. |

Two flanking decorative cartouches carry Low German text quotations — the left citing a birth record entry attributed to Joh. Hinr. Fehrs and the right a verse by Detlev von Liliencron — all within ornate scroll borders. The denomination '50 Pfennig' appears at lower left and right in Gothic type alongside the colloquial local designation 'Fösti', with the printer's imprint 'Buchdruckerei H.J.J. Hay, Kellinghusen' along the bottom edge. |
