Two symmetrical diamond-shaped cartouches in gold and tan carry the numeral '50' in bold red on either side of a central text panel, which states the redemption terms, the issuing date of 1 November 1920, the municipality of Ilsenburg, and bears the manuscript signature of the Gemeindevorsteher; below, the word 'Gutschein' appears alongside a serial number, and the motto 'Gott schenke uns allen ein fröhliches Herz' runs along the lower margin with the printer's imprint. |
