正面描述	Tan paper with a green guilloche underprint running vertically through the centre. The issuer name 'Stadt Torgau/Elbe' is set in bold script lettering across the upper portion, with the word 'Gutschein' centred below it. The denomination 'Fünfzig Pfennig' appears within a decorative green cartouche at mid-field, flanked by the numeral '50' in large green letterpress on each side. The lower portion carries a redemption text in German referring to the Stadthauptkasse Torgau, the date 'Torgau, 31. März 1920', the issuing authority 'Der Magistrat', and two manuscript signatures.

背面描述	The reverse is printed on the same tan paper with an all-over wave-pattern guilloche background. A central vignette in reddish-brown comprises the municipal coat of arms of Torgau, quartered and set within an ornate cartouche, flanked symmetrically on each side by a large rosette guilloche medallion rendered in the same colour. No textual inscription appears on this face.
