| Obverse description | Yellow-tinted notgeld on paper with an overall fine guilloche underprint. The upper portion carries the issuer's name in Gothic letterpress — 'Stadt Kirchheim u. Teck.' — flanked by the legend 'GUTSCHEIN' at left and a serial number at right; the municipal coat of arms, a divided shield charged with three antler-like devices on a gold field above a blue field bearing a white foliate ornament, occupies the centre, itself flanked by oval cartouches bearing the green numeral '50'. Below the arms, the date 'Kirchheim u. T., 19. Sept. 1918.' and the authorization line 'Für die Gemeindekollegien:' are set in letterpress, with two manuscript signatures of the Stadtschultheiß and the Bürgerausschußobmann. |

| Obverse lettering | Stadt Kirchheim u. Teck. GUTSCHEIN Fünfzig Pfennig Kirchheim u. T., 19. Sept. 1918. Für die Gemeindekollegien: Stadtschultheiß. Bürgerausschußobmann. |
| Reverse description | Yellow-tinted reverse with a matching guilloche underprint throughout. The municipal coat of arms — a divided shield with antler charges on a gold field above a blue field with white foliate ornament — is centred between two oval '50' denomination cartouches, mirroring the obverse arrangement. A two-line validity clause in Gothic script at the top states the note is valid within the Stadtbezirk Kirchheim u. Teck for six months after the conclusion of peace, with an anti-counterfeiting warning below and the printer's imprint 'GEBR. PARCUS, MÜNCHEN.' in small capitals at the foot. |
